Windows 7 System Builders Disc (OEM)

Hi Guys

I want to reformat my laptop with a clean install from an Windows 7 disc that most laptop manufacturers kindly don't provide anymore :facepalm: and not the recovery partition...

As far as I can tell the only limitation with the system builders disc is that you cannot transfer it to another pc?

The difference between the two discs is around £50...

Its a Dell laptop, can anyone foresee any issues?
