frequent unexpected shutdowns...

Hey there,

I've been getting frequent shutdowns, and it's driving me crazy! I'm sorry but I am not at all computer savvy...

I've hit F12 on start up and run diagnostics, all showing up fine. I've used various programs to check for viruses etc, done tune ups etc, but it still happens, randomly.

I've read in another post that the file from the minidump folder could help, but I can't seem to attach it as I don't have permission...?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
