Windows 7 graphical glitches

When in a high resolution (using NVIDIA surround, not 3D surround), my start menu looks like the following:

In Aero, the color is off as well as the glass effect:

It is worse when not in Aero:

Also, putting programs in fullscreen looks off at the top:

The sound panel also looks weird. (This one doesn't change even at lower resolutions):

I've searched a bit, but I found that the only couple other people who posted about this problem were never answered.


This happens with both 306.97 and 310.70.
