I recently re-installed Windows on my computer because I could not start it because of some corrupt files. The problem is that, though I can start Windows now, the screen resolution has become very small, with two black spaces of almost 3 inches each on both the sides of the computer's screen. I have tried changing the resolution through the computer's control panel, as well as every option available, but to no avail. What could be the problem? Please help me out.
P.S. - Mine is a 22-inch LCD monitor, & right now the best resolution I'm having is 1280x1024 (which I think shouldn't be)! ;-)
