Administrator Permissions - lost

Hi, I have searched and searched for an answer to my question/issue. I have found several answers but none seem to be the right one.

I have lost Administrator Permissions. This is my home computer, I am the only user. My account shows that I have administrator rights, and deny IS NOT indicated.

How do I get my administrator rights/permissions back?
