Problem loading windows 7

Hi,
I hava a little problem. I have installed windows 8 on my PC. And I have folder named windows.old on my Local disk. Can I start my PC with old windows 7?
When I turn my PC on, it automaticly stats windows 8. How can I start windows 7 again?
