Constant BSOD by ntoskrnl.exe

I constantly get BSOD when I run my computer and when I look at BlueScreenView it's mainly caused by ntoskrnl.exe. I have ran MemTest, Prime95, Western Digital Harddrive diagnostics, and everything and nothing worked. I have even reformatted my pc several times. Please help me out!

Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64 bit
Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2200 2.2GHZ
DDR2 Ram 2Gigs
GeForce 9800GT
XFX Motherboard (forgot which one because I got it a while ago.)
