i did a system restore with dell safe backup, everything went well until i goes to load all the drivers and restart. its telling me on the screen that setup is preparing your computer for first time use then it shuts down and restarts and loads divers again! I have tried f2,and f8 and f10 options...HELP...keeps loading shutsdown and restarts over and over
