Extremely slow PC after move

I recently moved house, and since then my PC has been painfully slow. It was pretty quick at my old house, but here it's just taken about a minute to load windows, and a good 45 secs to load iTunes whilst doing nothing else.

Would being moved around have this much effect on it? It was getting slightly slower before the move but never this bad!
