NX4 and Vista...

Hi,

I'm a newbie, so please be kind.

Has anyone had a successful, simple installation of NX4 w/in Vista environ?

For starters, my NX installation disk can't find the UGNX4.lic file.
I also downloaded and copied the NXFLEXlm directory as suggested by some.
After installation (and I have uninstalled and reinstalled) I still get the error message "Intialization error- License Error: the license server has not been started yet..."
Any suggestions?
