Java install problem

Hi

I have a problem installing the new java update.
I was told to delete the old java files to help the update but that seemed to make things worse.
Now when I try to install I get this msg:
C:\Users\C\Downloads\jxpiinstall(7).exe could not be saved, because an unknown error occurred.

what should I do next?
