Sunrise Seven has Slain my Computer

I recently got Sunrise Seven the Windows 7 tweaking program. It was great, and had almost perfect reviews on the sources I checked it on. However, ever since I got it... things have gone south. The speed of my computer has plummeted. Many of the programs on my computer like World of Tanks, BitTorrent, Microsoft PowerPoint, World of Warplanes, and others have stopped working altogether. I tried uninstalling it, but that did nothing; I cannot reverse many of the changes it made for some reason.

Thus, my question is: how to I reset all windows 7 settings without having to re-install it... or is that the best option?

I desperately need help.
