Every time I try to open my Itunes store to download music it says "make sure your network settings and your network connection is active. then try again later." It worked a week or two ago and I have not had any problems. I use Kaspersky Anti-virus but i have never had issues with that since i got it a year ago. The only change I can think of is that we switched our internet provider from Time Warner to Verizon. I am connected to the Internet and it is working fine. No problems with anything else. I just want to access my Itunes store, so if anyone can help that would be a AMAZING!
*I already tried going through internet explorer and turning on something having to do with a proxy, didnt work.
*I made sure that my wireless network was set to HOME rather than PUBLIC, didnt work
*I checked to make sure that my Kaspersky allowed it, and it does. It says my windows firewall allows itunes.
I am stumped. And I know nothing about computers so help would be very appreciated! :)
