hi, none of the links on my computer are working. Desktop icons, control panel, files, folders. When I click whatever link I want the blue circle pops up like it's trying to open then does nothing. I am on an emachine running windows 7. Also none of my security systems are working and I cannot download any new ones. None of my programs will open. All links are dead they do nothing. Any help out there?
