Windows 7 client help

Yesterday I had to install software from a shared folder on windows server 2008 to 16 windows 7 clients which went well. But every time I start up the software on the client computers it asks for the domain administrators login and password. What have I done wrong? And how can I stop it from asking for admin credentials.
