Constant Software Crashes

So, my issue is that seemingly at random times, various programs on my computer will begin to crash incessantly. For a while, WoW even caused my computer to get a blue screen. Many of the errors I get are access violations, but HoN, Diablo 3, Skype, and Chrome can just freeze up, crash without telling me why, or behave erratically.

I've tried the following things to fix it:

-checking each stick of memory with memtest86 (all came up working perfectly)
-defragmenting my hard drive
-reinstalling affected programs
-running various indepth antivirus scans
-and a few days ago I reformatted

Nothing has put a dent in the issue. If anything, it's just getting worse. I don't know if the issue is hardware, or a virus, or what. I'm hoping this is the right section to post for help.

I saw in a thread with a similar problem that they were recommended to run TDSSKiller, DDS, and ComboFix and post the logs. So, I figured I'd get that out of the way and post my dxdiag so you can get a sense of my hardware:

TDSS came up clean, no infections.

The rest of the logs are attached.
