Help Please :)

Hi I hope I am posting in the right area. If not I apologize but as far as I can tell my problem is my windows.

My computer will only bring up https pages. Even e-mails that are in html format do not display any exterior content. It doesn't matter which browser I use IE or Firefox, and it is only my laptop that has this problem. The desktop and other laptop work fine.

I have tried clearing the cookies, cache, browsing history, etc. I am stuck, please help.
