Installing Windows in a laptop

Dear Sir,

I have bought One brand new laptop in which there is no DVD or CD drive. Only USB ports are there. It has only DOS.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate installation CD.

Please guide me step by step, how I can install Windows in it.
