[SOLVED] Where's the recycle bin?

I created a second profile some time ago and deleted the Recycle bin icon off the desktop. I have now deleted a 1G video clip that went there but I can't find where the recycle bin is actually at.

I tried a search but it came back negative and have been going thru folders but still nothing.

Any help?
