IE, flash player, video, lan, etc.. issues

Hi all, i come here after a disinfection http://www.techsupportforum.com/foru...-694531-2.html (i'm not sure to be totally uninfected..)

PC' specifics:

Hp h8-1100it
I7-2600 3.40 Ghz 8Gb RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti
Win7 64bit Home Premium SP1 totally patched

Problems:

• IExplorer and Chrome sometimes crashes (many more times in comparison by before i was infected)
• Video in flash player have a lot of problems: video and audio freezes and jerkiness
• wireless: when i start up the pc it takes a lot of time to access internet (my wireless card quickly connect to my home wireless, but for some minutes i don't have the internet access), if i disconnect my card from the wireless and reconnect it, it takes a lot of less time to have internet access
• video or programs issue: after some time that the pc is on and i've used programs/internet pages, i have a right click menu voice who stay always visible, not clickable. It never disappear until i restart te pc or just if i close the hamachi process
  Once this "window" is opened it stay always in the same place.
  If i shut down the system, the next time that it will appear it will be in another place
