DebugView 4.8 Unable to Capure Kernal

I'm running Windows 7 64bit and whenever I attempt to check off "Capture Kernel" I receive the following error message:



I already entered *
reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Debug Print Filter" /v Default /t REG_DWORD /d 0xf* in cmd and rebooted my PC, and ran DebugView as an administrator but I still received the same error.

Anyone know a fix? I need this working ASAP.
