Hi, My Norton 360 expired and I have had a lot of problems over the last few years so I didn't renew and got MS Security and added AVG antivirus. Along with something I downloaded I got a McAfee Security scan. After running this I am told I have no virus or spyware protection. I cannot access the System Restore at all, it always fails. My files have been changed to large icons and when I try to set them back to details I get a message that Windows explorer has failed and needs to stop. Click here for an online solution and quit. I do this and the desktop disappears and reboots. I can open my files if I leave them as large icons. I have a problem with access to my computer. Even in Admin mode there are things I still can't do. Can you suggest any way to get back my control?:banghead:
