Uninstalled Network Adapter and Lost Wireless Internet Access

Hi,

Earlier in the day, my wireless internet connection was giving my problems. It was connecting and disconnecting for some unknown reason. I figured if I uninstalled my network adapter driver and reinstalled it, the issue would be resolved. It turns out, that after doing that, I lost my wireless internet connection.

I proceeded in restarting my computer, hoping for the problem to be resolved. Instead, i was prompted with a "Found New Hardware" windows. I provided a link below.

I clicked on the "Locate and install driver software" option and was not able to locate the driver. As a result, I went to search for the drivers to the Dell.com website, and installed the drivers to no avail.

The second image shows that under "network adapter", I have only adapter. Before undergoing the uninstallation process, I had two. Also, under "other devices", the network controller has a "!" mark. This was not there before.

So my question is, how do I reinstall the network adapter that I uninstalled?

Thanks
