Need help - Windows 7 - McAfee problem & Jscript problem

Hi!

So, My McAfee stopped opening, when i attempt to open the program it appears with a white box, like its loading but just doesn't do anything, in the mean time i cant scan so after question after question (and not understanding a thing) on the McAfee website i gave up, i cant even uninstall the program because when i go onto control panel and uninstall again it brings up the white box

i then attempted to upload a cd on to my pc and it is telling to me repair jscript.

so after restarting my pc for updates it got stuck on the 'black screen' for ages lights were on but screen was just black keyboard wouldn't work (hasn't happened since)

i have no idea what any of this means

can anyone help me please?! (please don't be technical 'dumb it down')
