Media Player Channel Guide Failure

For 3 weeks now my channel guide has yet to update.

I have went as far as removing the All Media Center Players etc. within Components.. Running Ccleaner.. Rebooting.. Running CCleaner again and rebooting.. THEN.. ReInstalling Windows Media Center trying to download my channel guide. It plays Live TV fine all seems great.. Just "No Data" when showing what is actually playing. Attached are the images before and after..
