Paging file

Hi all,
I have just setup my SSD on the following PC as a boot drive running wiondows 7 Home Premium:

Intel I3570k o/c to 4.3ghz
Corsair H80i Water Cooling (exhausting air out of the case)
Asus Sabertooth Z77 (with chipset fans active)
16gb Cosair Extreme Memory 1866mhz (4 x 4gb matched)
120gb Corsair GT 6GBPS (OS/MS apps)
3TB Seagate 6GBPS (Storage - games (steam/FSX)docs etc)
Coolmaster Silenico 550 case
ATI 5870 1gb GPU
2 x 12cm input fans


Now my question is that I have 16gb memory do I really need a paging file and if so is it worth moving it to the d: (storage) drive?
