Hi All,
long story short my latest new 3tb disk from Samsung kicked the bucket during the night after only 39 hours of use. It shortly after felt the warth of my new sledge hammer .... i wonder if its RMA'able?
As I am sick to death of samsung (Seagate) disks failing I have therefore ordered the following to go into the pc listed on my profile to the left <<<<<
2 x 1tb 2.5" Hitachi Travelstar 7200rpm 32mb cache
1 x XFX p1-750-NLB9
the two 1tb hitachi travelstar 7200 disks will be the windows boot partition setup as a raid 1 each on its own 6gbps sata port.
I have ordered the XFX psu to rule out the corsair Power Supply unit being faulty, all the settings appear to be fine on the PSU.
How do i do this is it a BIOS setup or something in windows setup itself?
Thanks in advance
David
