[SOLVED] Missing Drivers

Hi, I recently installed windows 7 on a new laptop. When the installation was complete i was unable to connect to any wi-fi. I checked my device manager and there is no option of Network adapters and all the devices in "other Devices" have the little exclamation point next to them.

I have no clue what to do or what drivers were previously installed.
