cepry is missing

I am unable to boot on my Windows 7: a message says :" cepry ( or gepry?) is missing. Press ctrl+alt+del to reboot." It still doesn't boot. Never had this before. I cannot even boot from boot disk. The H.D. is a couple of months old. I don't know what this " cepry" is. Searched the internet. Couldn't find any entry, except a "cepry.com" site which is a polish company having to do with domain issues.
Any help-explanation-suggestions?
