Windows 7 Deleted Theme Support (TDSSKiller)

Hi, i'm new to this forum and after using TDSSKiller to remove Root kit Pihar C my themes service stops for no reason. (after using tdsskiller)
I followed This thread But the OP didn't follow directions and the thread got closed.
I also used This post and would like to know if my reg query is at fault. Here it is.

I also got error 1067 when i tried to restart the theme.:banghead: Any help would be appreciated. A new user didn't help. I tried all of Jenae's posts, and got nothing good in return.
Please help, i don't want my windows aero to look like windows 98:uhoh:
