Laptop can't connect to internet..no ip address??

Ok so I have 2 computers in the house, one a regular old Dell Microsoft XP, the other my Toshiba Windows 7 laptop (excuse the inaccuracies of identifying them lol). My Dell is working fine now after it was making some weird noises. I got the internet to work through here, which is where I'm typing this from. However, my laptop won't connect to the internet at all. At first a message popped up yesterday saying there was an "ip address conflict;" internet kept connecting and disconnecting. I tried some stuff, tried getting a new ip address or whatever. Tried connecting again to my router (Linksys E1000) thru my laptop with the "Easy SetUp Key thing. I have gotten to this point:Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting (screenshot of system cmd thing and the Linksys E1000 error details).
((((After seeking help out from another tech support forum, someone asked me to open the cmd box and type in IPCONFIG/ALL and this what I'm at now: Part one:Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting
And part two:Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting))))
Please heeelp, I have no idea what I'm supposed to do! Is there something wrong with my laptop altogether? Is it now unable to connect to anything AT ALL? ='((
