Blue screen of death, cannot boot operative system

Hi and regards, im new to the forum, and theres a problem when I try to boot my computer,I was using my computer as usual and suddenly it shut down.
Whenever i try to start it it wont go pass the boot menu it says windows is starting and it shows a blue screen.

Im using windows ultimate 7

Im able to start in safe mode but even on safe mode you can notice it quite well due the camera but some red frames that appear all over the screen, not many but a quite of them.
