Host Process for Windows Services has Stopped Working

My parent's computer is getting this error all the time now. If I close out of the error message, within a minute max it pops back up. The Problem Details says:

I went into the Event Viewer and found the errors, and under General in the Event Viewer, they all say:

Faulting application svchost.exe, version 6.0.6001.18000, time stamp 0x47918b89, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x00000000, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00000000, process id 0x1068, application start time 0x01cde2c7231ff2b0.

Under Details in the Event Viewer it says:
