I'm looking for a way to create a barebones Windows 7 system to put onto a flash-drive. (Think Safe mode + networking), but I'm having trouble figuring out whether I'm able to generate one from my system, or how else I'd be able to do it.
The goal is to to have a flash drive with my vital tools (chkdsk, virus scanners, ccleaner, etc etc etc) on it so when I'm asked to repair or troubleshoot a friend or family's PC, if they support USB-boot, I can just plug it in and have all of my tools at my disposal in a standalone environment.
Any ideas how I would go about doing this?
