Win 7 Hm Prem (64) -- In order to allow FULL MEMORY Dumps I Edited DWORD Val in HKLM\System\CCS\Control\CrashControl\CrashDumpEnabled from 2 to 1. --- Pagefile size is Currently Managed by System --

In Dec '11 Post an MS Moderator stated [" What you really want here IS a Full Memory Dump, which means your pagefile needs to be set to be the amount of RAM + 10MB minimum (on the system drive-typically C:).]

My Virtual Mem Pg shows Space Available: 835292 MB / recommended: 12144 MB/ Current Allocated: 8096 MB ............ My System's 8GB RAM is technically 8192 MB, so he's saying I need a Pagefile SIZE of 8192 + Min of 10 MB MORE???

Posts Often Warn against Pagefile Changes BUT to INSURE FULL MEM DUMP Capability am I to Custom Size the Pagefile at 8202 MB or Higher? Best Size IS _ _ ??

Any idea WHY Win 7 Default OMITS Full Memory Dump capability? / it reads as Absolutely Essential with Some Crashes/Problem FIXES --THANKS!!
