Acer extensa 5230e doesnot boots on normal mode but world on safe mode

Hi,

My laptop does not starts on normal mode it freezes on Booting. But it starts normal on Safe mode. I tried installing new windows 7 also but it freezes on the starting windows screen after installation file copy. I even tried Ubuntu 10.04 , it freezes on installation screen.

I need a solution for this problem

My Notebook details :

Model: Acer extensa 5230E (But in BIOS I can see 5630 - I have no idea about this because I bought this laptop on ebay)
OS : Windows Vista basic (32 bit German)
