How can I disable the need of this?

Hi, no need for computer specs, this is a pretty "simple" question but might not have such a simple answer. So basically I have parental controls on my account (regular user account, not admin) for internet "things" as you know set by my parental unit. He just wants the internet part on, and doesn't care about downloads and such. Every time I want to download something it prompts me to enter in the administrator password, and every time that I want to use a program that I downloaded like that it needs a password each time that I want to use it again. Is there a way to disable the need for admin password for downloading + opening programs?
