E-Mail Security

Does anyone know how to password protect Windows Live Mail downloaded on to a desktop Pc in Windows 7. You can uncheck "save password" but each time you open the program, the folders with mail already downloaded are exposed and the password only protects new downloads of e-mail. Outlook and Thunderbird are the same way.

I need an email program that will work in Windows 7 like Outlook Express worked in Windows XP where the program won't open at all unless the proper password is entered. I don't mind buying third party software to do it. Making another user does not help because others need to use this desktop during the day for clients and having to go constantly back and forth between users to read e-mail is a pain.

For now all I could do is use "hide read email" but the user is certain the ones trying to access his email will figure a way through that. A shame Microsoft didn't think of that in any program after OE.
